WHOLE BEEF SHARE

The total price of a Half Beef Shares is $6,895.50

This option includes custom cut and wrap. 

 ($1,250 deposit + $5,645.50 due at pick up) you will receive approximately 500 lbs. 

We provide a one hour phone consultation to help with cut and wrap decisions. 

COST BREAKDOWN:

Our beef is pasture-raised over a two-year journey.with an additional 150 days on organic grain from Modesto Milling where we work with a nutritionist to formulate.  All cut and wrap fees, USDA harvest fees and CA sales tax charges are covered and included in your total price per lb. cost. 

FILL YOUR FREEZER Vacuum seal wrap provides superior protection for freezing your beef for one - two years freezer life.  Whole Beef Shares will require a 20 cubic foot freezer.

This option is our lowest price per pound package and it gives you complete control over your desired cuts.

We will invoice you the remaining balance the day before harvest of the animal. Amount to be paid in full before beef can be picked up from : Sanders Meat Service 1220 South Ave Turlock, CA 95380. If you would like us to deliver we will schedule with you over the phone with an additional delivery fee $75.

Approximately 50% of that will be premium steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, fajita strips, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% will be ground beef and/or burger patties. The cuts you receive will depend on your selections.

To secure your beef share:

1. Pay our $1,250 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.

2. We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to schedule a call with us, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet. We are here to help.

3. You will receive an email and phone call from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct. Deliveries can be arranged for a small fee.

4. Your remaining balance will be due at pickup.

5. Deposits are non-refundable.
