WHOLE BEEF SHARE
Our beef is grass and grain finished for 110 days for an additional depth of flavor. Regeneratively raised on pasture from birth until harvest. Processed at a local family owned facility. No antibiotics, growth hormones or steroids.
The price of a Whole Beef Share is $12.99 per pound. We are estimating you will receive approximately 425-500 lbs of our pasture-raised, customized to fit your family's needs. ($1,000 deposit + final price due at pick up or drop off estimating $4520.75-$5,495)
Approximately 50% of that will be premium steaks, roasts, brisket, braising cuts, fajita strips, stew meat, and other cuts; the other 50% will be ground beef or burger patties. The cuts you receive will depend on your selections and the animal being processed.
You will need around 16 cubic feet for a Whole Beef Share.

Pay our $1,000 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.

We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return. If this is your first experience with a beef share or if you would like assistance in tailoring the cuts to best suit your family's needs, feel free to schedule a call with us, and we will work together to fill out your Cut Sheet. You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two weeks from your selected processing date. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef direct. Deliveries can be arranged for a small fee.
